Tough Enough winner Andy Leavine already in hot water?

This sounds like one of those times that dirt sheet is wrong. I didn't see anything wrong with Andy's sell of either blow that he took. It looked like kind of an initiation to me because if you looked I could of swore Stone Cold shook Andy's hand between the ropes as Andy was walking towards the back.
