Your vieuw on mascara tv commercials?

Hi i have a question about mascara tv commercials? Don't you think the commercials are fake? How they tell that how much volume the mascara give and how full your eyelashes will look like while those models in the commercials wear fake lashes during the commercials don't you think it's kind of cheating or mislead women to buy the mascara?
