How to take out glass of a rear car door?

Now I know this may be misleading, but I am not talking about the glass that is controlled to go up and down. I am talking about the fixed glass of a cars back door that doesnt move. Does anyone know what its called? Mine is broken, and I have a parts car with a window on the door. I want to take it off and put it on me. I have stripped the door mostly of everything, but I dont know how to actually get that glass out. My car is a 1995 Grand Marquis. Again, it is the glass on the back car door that does not move. It is fixed to the door. =D Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!
