How would you deal with depression?
The most important thing is to not kill yourself because that will upset all your friends and parents. And remember that you are important in their lives! Just try to do a little amount of yoga everyday so that calms you down. Also, think about all the good memories that have happened in your life and think about your future! You don't want to end it! Look at yourself in the mirror, and look at all the amazing features about yourself, and if you really can't then I advise you to really see a counselor and tell them all your problems you're facing and why you're depressed, they can help a lot! If you do not want to visit a counselor than write all your feelings down on a piece of paper and write why you are depressed and leave it under your bed and the next day after writing it, read it. You will notice that you do not want to live you life like that at all. And if you are depressed after taking one test then you have to think about all the good things in life! Tests can be something to worry about! But don't worry! P.S you are amazing!
